- Scope of occupations handled at all our offices: All occupations (excluding port transport and construction operations, as stipulated by the Employment Security Act).
Scope of regions handled: Japan, Republic of Korea, Republic of Singapore, People's Republic of China.
- Fees
- We do not charge any fees to job seekers.
- Matters concerning Job Seeker Information
- The person responsible for handling job seeker information is JIN WOOSUK, the Representative Employment Placement Manager.
Job seeker information is strictly limited to the employment placement business.
- Matters concerning the Handling of Personal Information
- The person responsible for handling personal information is JIN WOOSUK, the Representative Employment Placement Manager.
If an individual requests the disclosure of their personal information, we will disclose information based on objective facts, such as qualifications and professional experience held by the individual, without delay. Furthermore, if a request for correction is made based on this disclosure, and the request aligns with objective facts, we will make the correction without delay.
- Complaints and Inquiries
- The person responsible for handling complaints is JIN WOOSUK, the Representative Employment Placement Manager. If a complaint is filed, we will respond diligently and appropriately.

| Cultivation of special job seekers based on specific conditions and related research/exploration, professional consultation and advice for employers to facilitate filling vacancies, and other services incidental to placement services. |
1. When services are provided: Retainer Fee (per company): 1,000,000 JPY Activity Fee (per month): 1,000,000 JPY 2. Success Fee (Contingency Fee): Upon successful placement, 100% of the annual compensation to be paid to the job seeker during their first year of employment (the amount stated in the offer letter, notification of working conditions, etc.) or 10,000,000 JPY. |
- The Refund System
- If a hired candidate withdraws their acceptance of the job offer or resigns for personal reasons after onboarding, a refund will be made as follows:
If the hired candidate resigns for personal reasons within 1 month of onboarding: 80% of the placement fee.
If the hired candidate resigns for personal reasons within 3 months of onboarding: 50% of the placement fee.
If the hired candidate resigns for personal reasons within 6 months of onboarding: 10% of the placement fee.
- Matters concerning Employer Information

Employer information is strictly limited to the employment placement business.
- Matters concerning the Handling of Personal Information
